Breathe Cities: Local Voices, Cleaner Air

Local South worked with Breathe Cities to develop Local Voices, Cleaner Air, a practical resource exploring how cities can put communities at the heart of clean air action. We led the research, writing, and design, drawing together lessons and case studies from across the Breathe Cities network, including Bogotá, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Rio de Janeiro, London, and Sofia.

Working closely with the Breathe Cities team and partners in participating cities, we translated a wide range of experiences into practical guidance for city officials and practitioners, with a focus on what meaningful engagement looks like in practice.
